NOW Foods Whole Psyllium Husks is a single-ingredient fiber supplement made purely from psyllium seed husks. The 16 oz (454 g) bag is Non-GMO Project Verified, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains no artificial colors, sweeteners or hydrogenated oils.

Two level tablespoons (10 g) deliver 7 g of dietary fiber for just 35 calories, 6 g of which is soluble fiber that swells into a gentle gel in water. It supports regularity, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels already within the normal range, and promotes a lasting feeling of fullness.

It suits adults who want an easy, unflavored fiber boost, particularly those with irregular digestion, low vegetable intake, or low-carb and gluten-free eating patterns. Stir it into water, juice or smoothies, start with a small serving, and drink plenty of fluids.
